We began by integrating Zealand's core values, mission, and ambition into a cohesive narrative, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. This narrative came to life through engaging content, including employee stories, photo shoots, and videos, displaying Zealand's vibrant culture and positioning it as an employer of choice.
We developed the "Meet the Zealanders" series to create a bank of employee stories for both internal and external use, optimising content for Zealand's new website, social media and intranet.
