The change project was complex and the first challenge was to reduce complexity to ease communication. A compelling name and clear core story were created to align communication and engage all affected employees.
Also, a recognisable and easily decodable visual framework was developed to give the change project a communicating identity.
The project group and their network were equipped with D.I.Y. presentation tools and templates to tailor their messages to specific parts of the organisation.
